We invite you to explore the ancient practice of archery in a beginner-friendly course led by skilled archers. Our workshops is designed to help you relax your mind, body, and spirit. Used by many as a form of meditation and inward exploration, archery can help increase your focus, self-awareness, self-esteem, emotional awareness, and emotional control. Learn to let go of attachment with the release of every arrow. This hour program will begin with the fundamentals of archery practice, including becoming familiar with the equipment and practicing appropriate postures to help improve your aim. Discover how you might draw up your strength, courage and warrior spirit!

All Levels Yoga w/Adventure East

This is an all-levels restorative yoga experience. Enjoy the sounds, sights, and smells of nature through an embodied exploration of mindfulness, movement, breath, and senses. Immerse yourself in the flower-filled gardens and natural surroundings as your guide takes you through a reflective exploration of both internal and external landscape. This experience will include 60 min restorative yoga class. You will build strength,
flexibility, and self-awareness while deepening your appreciation for the flowering campus and reaping the mind-body health benefits of nature and community.

Stewart, M.D., a leading youth and family psychiatrist at Kaiser Permanente, to share invaluable insights on the psychological impacts of parenthood alongside practical strategies to navigate stress and enhance emotional well-being.
