Join us in person for a free family yoga class for 2-6 year olds and their adults with instructor Sara Coblyn of Cadence Yoga in Sunderland, MA! For eligible UMass grad employees, postdocs and their children. Registration required. Limited spots available.
This 1 hour yoga class will include age appropriate yoga poses, partner and group poses encouraging family bonding time while building confidence and self-esteem. This class incorporates art, music and fun yoga games for the whole family! Mats are provided.
